Reservation Methods
Requests for availability and prices can be made via email, through the contact form on the website, by phone, or by visiting the property directly. Reservations are considered confirmed only after we send a confirmation note via email. Please check the reservation confirmation and contact us immediately if it seems incorrect or contains errors.
The person completing the reservation process is identified as the group leader and confirms that they are authorized by the other participants to accept these TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. The group leader is responsible for any payment due to us.
As a guarantee of the reservation, a deposit payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer.
Payment
The payment of the balance for the stay and any extra services must be made by the evening before departure at the reception.
The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Pagobancomat, Maestro, CartaSi)
Cash (within legal limits)
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation after the reservation confirmation, the guest must notify us at the email address: info@duecomuni.com. If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days before arrival or in the case of a no-show, a penalty equal to the required deposit will be applied and, in any case, no less than one night’s stay for each booked accommodation (in addition to any additional services booked).
In case of early departure, the entire cost of the stay will be charged, along with any additional services booked.
Complaints
At the reception, guests will find forms to communicate any complaints.
Pool Use

Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement.

Breakfast, if not included in the reservation, must be requested the day before.
For weekly stays, a change of linen and room cleaning is provided mid-stay.
The farm has a sales point for its products; moreover, educational paths on beekeeping are available upon request.

Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 20:00.
If you have special needs and for early or late arrivals, please notify us in advance.
Check out
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:30 AM.
If you have special needs, please communicate them in advance so that we can organize our work better.
Please make the payment by the evening before departure.
Behavioral Rules
By making a reservation, guests accept the following behavioral rules and are responsible for any damage or loss caused.
Guests commit to respecting other guests (please keep the TV volume low, maintain proper behavior in common areas, and respect rest hours), the accommodations and the hospitality structure (avoid damaging property, respect the pool regulations), and nature and the environment (waste separation, respect for animals present on the farm, avoid unnecessary waste of water, electricity, and air conditioning).

The nearest city is Pontedera, just 5 kilometers from the agriturismo.
Closer are the towns of San Gervasio and La Rotta, where there are bars, grocery stores, and a restaurant.
The nearest supermarkets are in Pontedera, and a list is available in the accommodations for our guests.
The nearest hospital is located at Via Roma 147 in Pontedera.
