Regulations for Pool Use

(Article 10 from the Tuscany Regional Law N. 8/2006)

Users must adhere to the following rules:

  1. The maximum number of swimmers present in the area at the same time must not exceed 36 people.
  2. The depth of the pool varies between 77 cm and 140 cm (be careful of the entry steps).
  3. Diving is prohibited.
  4. It is recommended not to swim if three hours have not passed since consuming a meal.
  5. It is mandatory to wear rubber flip-flops on barefoot paths.
  6. It is mandatory to wear a swim cap, take a shower, and use the foot-washing station before entering the pool.
  7. Climbing over fences and bringing animals is prohibited.
  8. The nearest restrooms are located near the MANAGEMENT office, or it is advised to use those within the individual accommodations.
  9. Pool access is permitted from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  10. There is no LIFEGUARD present.
  11. Minors are not allowed access unless accompanied by an adult.
  12. In case of adverse weather conditions (thunderstorms, strong winds, etc.), access to the pool area is prohibited.
  13. For any emergencies and to activate an alarm, refer to the MANAGEMENT.

  15. First aid stations are indicated below (useful numbers).
  16. In case of a person in difficulty, please use the LIFESAVER located beside the pool.
  17. In case of need, a first aid kit is available at the MANAGEMENT of the agriturismo.
  18. It is strictly prohibited to bring bottles or other glass containers into the pool.
  19. It is strictly prohibited to lean over the railings and barriers present.
  20. It is strictly prohibited to enter the pool area outside of opening hours.
  21. Pool use is allowed exclusively for guests of the agriturismo.
  22. Guests are required to maintain appropriate behavior in respect of other people present.
  23. Guests are kindly requested not to leave wallets and personal items unattended.
  24. The management disclaims any responsibility for non-compliance with the rules stated in this regulation.

Guests who do not comply with these regulations will be kindly asked to leave the pool.
