Reservation system

Requests for availability and prices can be made by email, website contact form, telephone or directly in agritourism. Reservations are confirmed only when we send the booking confirmation note by email. Please check your booking confirmation and contact us immediately if it does not seem correct or contains errors.

The person who completes the booking process is identified as the group leader and confirms to be authorized by the other participants to adhere to these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The group leader is responsible for any payments due to us.

As a guarantee of the reservation at the time of booking we require to pay a deposit by bank transfer.

Payment

The payment of the balance for the stay and any extra services must be made by the evening before departure by going to the reception.

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Pagobancomat, Maestro, CartaSi)
  • Cash (within legal limits)

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the stay after the booking confirmation, the guest must notify us at the e-mail address: info@duecomuni.com . If cancellation occurs before 15 days from the date of arrival no penalty will be applied. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to the required deposit will be applied and, in any case, not less than one night’s stay for each booked accommodation (in addition to any additional booked service).
In case of early departure the full cost of the stay will be charged in addition to any additional services booked.

Complaints

At the reception, guests will find the forms with which to communicate any complaints.

Use of the swimming pool

Use of the swimming pool is regulated according to the rules found at the following link (SWIMMING POOL RULES).

Breakfast, if not included in the reservation, must be requested the day before

For weekly stays, linen change and room cleaning are provided after 3 days.

The farm has a shop for the sale and tasting of local products. On request educational tours on the beekeeping world are available.

Instructions on reception

Check in

Check in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In case of special needs and for early or late arrivals, please notify us in advance.

Check out

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 a.m.
In case of special needs, please let us know beforehand so we can better organize our work.
Please make payment by the evening before departure.

Rules of conduct

With the end of booking process the guests accept the following rules of conduct and the responsibility for any damage or loss caused.
The guests are committed to respect the other guests (in particular we ask to keep the volume of the TV down, to keep a proper behavior in the common areas, to respect the rest times), for the accommodation (avoid damage to things, respect the swimming pool regulation) and for the nature and the environment (separate collection, respect to the animals present in the farm, avoid unnecessary waste of water, light, air conditioning system).

Essential services available nearby

The nearest town is Pontedera, just 5 kilometers from the agritourism.
Closer are the villages of San Gervasio and La Rotta, where you can find bars, grocery stores and a restaurant.
The nearest supermarkets are in Pontedera, there is a list for our guests in the accommodation.
The nearest hospital is in via Roma 147 in Pontedera.
